MullenLowe – NIHP

Working in partnership with the creative agency, MullenLowe and their teams based onsite at the Cabinet Office we worked closely to produce COVID-19 communications where speed, accuracy, and ability to scale quickly was key. We needed to be highly responsive, flexible and have our teams ready to go at any point so that we could respond to the ever-changing pandemic landscape and political announcements, to deliver the UK’s largest and most critical advertising campaign in a generation. We worked as an extension of the MullenLowe team, working with tight processes, transparent communication and ensured that robust and rigorous QC checks were put in place to deliver substantial volumes of assets in a compacted timeframe. We have delivered over 15,000 pieces of content since March 2020.

Throughout the last 14 months we have worked on highly complex and ever-evolving press and digital schedules that covered the differing regional COVID-19 policies across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. To make this possible we forged strong relationships with not only MullenLowe but that of the media agency OMD. We worked in collaboration with the media titles and platform owners in order to understand and react to any last-minute changes.

From National, Regional, Local and Trade press through to HTML display and social videos we couldn’t have been prouder of our teams and our involvement in a project of such national scale and importance.
